Redesign an e-commerce experience for a supplement brand with a complex product catalog: multiple SKUs, dosage variations, and subscription options. Core challenge: help users navigate product complexity and confidently choose the right subscription without dropping off.

Audited existing website to identify UX friction points causing drop-off in the purchase and subscription funnel

Developed new brand identity (logo, color system, typography, content strategy) to increase perceived product quality and build trust at first impression

Redesigned information architecture and user flows based on UX research findings to reduce decision fatigue and shorten path to conversion

Built a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the catalog and support faster iteration cycles

Delivered fully responsive design across all breakpoints to maximize conversion across device types

Prototyped animations and transitions with developer handoff accuracy to reduce implementation errors and speed up time-to-market
